All classes meet on Tuesdays from 7 to 9 MP PST (except the all-day retreat)

About the Instructor

Betty Keren is a mindfulness teacher, trained at Mindfulness Northwest. She helps people cultivate both openness and inner strength through mindfulness.
She also guides people through inner child healing, integrating mindfulness with compassion-based group facilitation.
Betty is also a mother of three children and holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Engineering. She works in tech as a Senior Product Manager.
Betty first discovered mindfulness seven years ago while working at Microsoft. What began as a personal practice gradually became her life's calling.
Today, she teaches mindfulness both in the community and at Microsoft, supporting people who want to live with greater presence, calm, resilience, and connection to themselves.
